I try to rotate the books that we keep out for Moose, and I do this a lot more around the holidays! Moose usually has bookshelves where he can find all his books, however since we will only be in this house a few more months we decided not to put them up. Most of his books are in a cabinet that he has access too and he loves going in there to pull out new books! When he does this, I take it as a hint to rotate the books that we have out in his playroom!ย

We also go to the local library often and get new books, this is a great way to save money, read new books and practice sustainability!ย

Our Current Favorite Holiday Books for Children

As parents our favorite holiday books to read him have been โ€œGustavo, the Shy Ghostโ€ (which was a library find) and โ€œBear Stays Up for Christmasโ€. Moose is currently loving โ€œThe Very Hungry Caterpillarโ€™s Christmas 123โ€ and wants to read it multiple times a day!
