When I became a mother, my world was flipped upside down, sideways and inside out. I always wanted to be a mom but until you become one you will never know the ups and downs. I LOVE being a mom, it is the greatest thing I ever did, and I mean it. Now I understand MY mum so much more and why she did things I might have been mad about, it was out of love. I would give my mum the world if I could! Since I just had my second baby I figured I would share a new mom gift guide for this year, 2022.
Gifts For the mom with a new baby
Time. This first gift is a no brainer. Time. Offer to babysit, help with house chore, play with older kids or make a meal. Most moms probably wonโt want you to take there new baby anywhere, but they might be comfortable with you just coming over and holding the baby while mom takes a nap! These are all FREE and easy ways to help a new mom. I know I would still appreciate any of these and Coyote is 2 months now!

Yummy Goodies. I love good drinks, tea, coffee, wine, you name it! My current favorite is this tea from Oatmama, the tropical citrus is a tea for lactation support, and it tastes delicious! For ANY mom
A Planner. More than ever planners and calendars are super important for me now. I need to keep track of all our appointments, play dates and other events. Personally need the visual. I need to see everything in front of me and write everything down, even when I am going to have me time and when my husband is having his me time. The planners from Ivory Paper Co. have been a favorite of mine for a few years now! They have so many different layout options!
A Service. Such as a haircut, massage, mani/pedi. All of these are great ideas for the new mom (or ANY mom) in your life because it will provide them with much needed time away from the kids and they wonโt have to worry about paying for it. I ask for these in the form of general gift cards so I can choose where to go.
Gift Cards. Personally love gift cards! I can buy what I want and when I want it. My favorite gift cards would be to Amazon, Target or Starbucks. These are places that I shop at frequently and Iโm pretty sure most moms do to! You can get almost any gift card buy clicking here!
